I'm a Certified Residential Appraiser with 24 years experience. I consider my self somewhat of a prodigy as I started pretty young. In fact I was the youngest person in my class. I scored the highest grade in the class on the state exam. This profession came very natural for me. To date I've appraised over 12,000 homes of all levels of size and quality.
